The olive oil production in Vatika is a tradition that hasn’t changed over the years.The olive tree, symbol of ancient Greece, and the olive oil, elixir of life, coexist in this place. From the fifth millennium BC, and the findings in the area of the ancient sunken town of Pavlopetri with many pots that residents store the olive oil, until today with the olive production, the region produces this excellent extra virgin olive oil.

Blending the varieties of local Athinolia (70%), and Koroneiki, (30%), gives one of the highest quality olive oils that you can find around the world.

The extra virgin olive oil has an acidity of 0.25% to 0.5% and is available in:
