The olive mill of the Agioi Apostoloi Cooperative is located in Agioi Apostoloi of Vatika. It is a modern facility dedicated to producing the finest extra virgin olive oil. It has been in operation since 1982 and serves more than 500 producers. It utilizes a production line capable of producing more than one ton of extra virgin olive oil per hour. This is a state-of-the-art production line with the latest technology that was recently upgraded.
The production process is fully automated with human supervision, allowing for precise control over the production of the best possible extra virgin olive oil.
The olive mill uses a centrifugation method for the production and extraction of olive oil, while the malaxation process is carried out at temperatures below 30 degrees Celsius to ensure all the product’s quality characteristics and advantages are preserved.
